Subject: Notice of Upcoming Renovation Project

Dear Valued Owners and Incoming Guests:

The Voyager Beach Club Board of Directors and their Management Team wish to make you aware that the Voyager Beach Club will be undergoing a major, State-mandated construction (renovation) project. It will involve the removal of the knee walls on our balconies, the resurfacing of the balcony pad, and installation of new railings.  I expect the project to begin on or about August 1, 2026, and anticipate it to last eight (8) months.

While this work is necessary to adhere with new condominium code requirements and to ensure the continued safety and integrity of our property, it will unfortunately result in certain temporary inconveniences during your stay or visit. We want to make you aware of the following anticipated impacts:

Balcony Access: Access to all balconies will be restricted for the duration of the project. 
Parking: Parking availability will be extremely limited. Please know that we are actively working on solutions to help alleviate this issue as much as possible. 
Construction Noise: Guests and owners should expect construction-related noise during standard business hours. 
Please be assured that our team will make every reasonable effort to mitigate the impact of this project on your vacation. However, we do ask for your understanding that there will be limitations to the level of control we have over certain aspects of the construction process.

We sincerely appreciate your patience, cooperation, and continued support as we complete this necessary project.
